I worked there for almost two years until a left for a better company. Overall I think Bairesdev is an good company, it took me a while to actually get a job there ( almost 1 year ), but once a got the job, the pay was good ( 3k usd month ). I also went a few months there without finding any jobs, but I think that happens in anywhere.
